Challenge

What needed to change

Simcott needed to introduce smart cooler vending to property decision-makers who may understand traditional vending but are less familiar with fully managed self-service retail. The website had to explain the model clearly, show which locations could be a good fit, establish local credibility in Columbia and the Midlands, and turn interest into a straightforward site-review request.

02

Approach

How the work was framed

MooseWeb organized the experience around three practical questions: what Simcott provides, who it serves, and how a location gets started. Audience-specific pages for apartments, workplaces, hotels, municipalities, gyms, healthcare facilities, and campuses connect the service to real operating needs. A dedicated service-area page and consistent site-review calls to action support both local discovery and qualified inquiries.

03

Build

What MooseWeb created

MooseWeb created a custom WordPress theme and companion business-control system covering responsive page content, media assignments, custom inquiry forms, lead management, email-delivery controls, redirects, SEO metadata, and structured data. The launch also included legacy-content cleanup, mobile and accessibility refinements, rollback planning, production verification, and a documented owner handoff.

04

Outcome

What the system supports now

Simcott launched with 15 approved pages, 77 redirects, and a verified site-review workflow that successfully stored the inquiry and delivered its notifications and confirmation. An 11-route production review found no blank images, critical errors, or browser-console errors. Follow-up cleanup reduced the active plugin stack from 15 plugins to five and cleared the Action Scheduler warning, leaving Simcott with a leaner, owner-controlled foundation for local content and lead growth.
